Weekly Supply Plan Upload
The weekly supply plan upload is a weekly task that is a joint effort between the AMG Supply Chain ANalyst, who's job it is to create the plan, and the LI Supply Chain Analyst who's job it is to upload, and maintain all historical records of the plan. The Supply Plan is an overview of expected production of all AMG plants in order to meet the expected demand for the week. The plan overview is presented on a thursday supply chain call. The process needs to be complete every Friday before the end of the day
Process
Step 1, Preparing all the data from the plan into the summary
1. Navigate to the Weekly Supply Chain Plan and then navigate to the SAP Upload tab of the page.
2. The dates in column C need to be altered so that row 2, begins on the friday the plan is being uploaded for. From there you can drag down the 6 following days showing 1 week of ascending dates starting from friday.
3. Navigate to Extensions > Macro > SAP Upload. Execute the macro. This will replace all the dates going down on the sheet to ensure they repeat for each of the plants.
4. Ensure there are no negative values in any of rows E,F, or G.
Step 2, Upload into Citrix
5. Navigate to the Citrix Receiver Page and login.
