Outage Tracker

Outage Trackers are often recommended and sometimes required for Onsite or ASU outages. The tracker is used to track product imports into an Onsite or ASU in order to effectively maintain levels, manage contractor and local drivers, and ensure efficient resource management

Process

A blank template can be found at the link provided here. To set up the sheet, fill in the following criteria:

  1. Start date of the outage in A4
  2. Max Storage in E2 SCF
  3. Hourly Usage of shortfall in E3 in SCF
  4. Redline in SCF

From there, the rest of the page will update with all the required information. It is recommended to check the tracker once a day and update inventories at the beginning of the day to fix any discrepancies.

It is the logistics planners responsibilities to enter in the loads as they plan them.
